Our specialised team of joiners, carpenters and glaziers, were contracted to replace all the existing sashes on a block of an art deco units in Vaucluse 38 double hung windows and 8 casement windows in the bathrooms (a sash is the wooden frame that holds the glass, there is a top and a bottom, they are all pink primed in these photos)
The frames were all prepared, and some sills required to be attended to with lead flashing
Stripping out all the old rotten sashes and repairing the frames, removing the weights and
rebalancing the windows
